Just in case you guys don't know, yesterday was apparently my birthday (7th sept). Both sad and happy about it. Growing older is kind of saddening but people wishing and celebrating with you is somehow something blissful. Before my birthday, my school brought the chinese students to a place in Chinatown called Tea Chapter. I went before during primary school and it was quite fun actually. So we were brought to the place by bus and I was grouped with Kai Qing, Jing Yi, Wei Ying, Jie Ni & 2 other guys from 3/8. I think I am considered lucky haha. Basically, we listened to the person talking and watched a video on Mooncake festival. After that, we started pouring and drank tea as instructed and made snowskin mooncakes. The mooncakes tasted okay but the skin..... nope. Bought ice cream puffs and sugared peanuts. I can say the trip ended relatively late but worth it once in a while.
