- focus on the beautiful things in life
Hey there. Finished physics and amaths paper today. I think physics just not my thing. 2 weeks ago, my school brought the geog scholars to Snow City Singapore and Science Centre for an excursion. As usual, had lotsa fun. We even made ice-cream using nitrogen gas.
Haha yeap. Okay first of all, we reached Science Centre way too early so one whole group of us went to JCube and had some Mac Breakfast. Shared with Clara pancakes and hash browns. After like 1 hour, we head back to Science Centre and went through some courses and exhibitions about the Environment. (ps. we are all waiting for the Snow City experience). For lunch.... we had Macs again.... I had some Matcha Mcflurry! Oh, and some seaweed shaker fries! #cravings #satisfied.
Head to Snow City and is friggin' excited! AJFEIFJCIEMRI.
Grab the coat, boots and gloves as fast as I could to not waste anytime of 2hr experience and when I went in, I am like:
(sorry but these gifs....)
The ice sculpture and the temperature is like -10degree celcius! SO COLD. Clara and I set a goal that we must slide down the slope 15 times to make today worth it. Sadly... we only sat 5 times cos time was limited but nevertheless, everything was awesome. Then we quickly went up for the ice-cream making workshop. It was pretty easy to make : heavy whip cream, sugar & chocolate syrup. Thats all. Hah, sounds pretty fattening though. We just stir according to what the person said and syafiqah stirred the mixture while nitrogen gas is bring poured to the sides. Tadah! Ice-cream is made! Although its not the nicest icecream, but still edible. The day ended all tired.

The next day, ate Korean food for dinner with my mum. It is located at Plaza Sing Basement. It have a very Korean feel setting and everything. The food taste superb to us. Ordered kimchi pancake and BBQ pork set! The side dishes not bad and price is quite affordable.
The next post will be more excited so stay tune! Till then, cheeeeeers.
