Still alive and toasting

Yes, the heat from the sun is toasting my ass off. Anyway I am still alive, breathing and happy. Its school work that has been stealing away my time from the computer and of course, my sleep. But I still do update on my instagram! Since I can never enjoy my breakfast during my weekdays, I will squeeze time in weekends for morning dates with my mom whether is it baking , making breakfast or reading.

Bread has been my staples for breakfast for years and it will never change. I cant express how much they taste just plain or slapped with any jam/spread.



Peanut Butter slapped with banana slices:

Toast bread. Spread a generous amount of peanut butter over the bread and top with sliced banana. 


French Toast:

Whisk together an egg, 3 tbsp of milk, 1 tsp of sugar and a pinch of salt. Soak in bread. Heat griddle over medium heat and melt butter over it. Put in bread and fry till golden brown, flip once. Served warm.
