And it was up, up and away




impromptu writing



Mum's brown fried rice:
Steam brown rice till cooked. Remove from rice cooker and let it set for about 30 mins. Use any ingredients you want and just stir-fry with the rice. Serve warm. 


Fruit salad in a fruit:
You can use watermelon, papaya or rock melons. First, scoop out the flesh of the fruit but not too much or else the 'bowl' will turn flimsy especially in papayas. Watermelon should be fine. Cut fruits and the one you scooped out into cubes. Then, put into the fruit bowl. The skin of the fruit must be firm enough to hold the cubes.

Guess I can only update during weekends as those are the only days free. Exams coming up and exhausted from work. Grateful for the good food and company. Cheers!
