Okay who am I lying to, Autumn season is never going to happen in this Little Red Dot. But I'm still glad that the rainy season a.k.a cold weather is here. I mean the after-feeling of rain kind of satisfy the "sweater weather" theme and finally able to spend the afternoon with much ease. Somehow the food my family crave for is Seasonal based, so I decided to whip up some pancakes for the weekend morning. These pancakes never fail to amaze us and we decided to add in chunks of apples that day. It would be even better if we actually cooked the apples and caramelise it with maple syrup!
