apple galette (video)

It was just another day whereby I was planning to head to Pei Shan house with Li Xuan to do a baking session. But I guess something strike me in the head to create something I've never done before whereby little moments captured in a frame can be compiled into something big. So everything started, I guess. Its a total new venture into my normal video editing and I'm still trying to make it better.

01. Apple Galette

I did an apple galette post back in 2014 -> here! and I guess 2 years was enough time to allow me to rediscover the joy in baking them. Somehow this year was a little bit more interesting because of the different baking method and that my closest friends were there. (recipe next week)
