Crisp ; 台湾

224, Taiwan, 新北市瑞芳區石碑巷66號

There was a sudden drop of temperature while we walked and were not equipped with anymore coats or warmers, so we had to bear the cold harsh winds. With only 2 layers of cotton/wool, we got to experience the coldest of Taiwan weather and it is worth it, I guess. We climbed the stairs to head into the Gold Museum and witness the strong winds causing plants to waver here and there. The sky was particularly cloudy but bright enough to direct us along the way. Our hands gradually turned numb and could hardly breathe. It is astounding how grass and weeds are still able to grow on mountains despite the unforgiving winds, maybe they have the strongest ability to survival after all. I just want to run near the fireplace and warm up a little.
